REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At JoJo's Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at jojoelectronics@mail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

We will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:

  • For change of mind, wrong size/color, or non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Our Responsibility:

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the item

Return Shipping Address

Return shipping addresses vary based on the product and fulfillment location. Do not return items without contacting us first - we will provide the correct return address when your return is approved.

Unauthorized returns sent to our business address may not be processed.

Restocking Fee

15% restocking fee may apply to returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened electronics items. This fee covers processing, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with drop shipped products.

Defective or damaged items are not subject to restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Opened software, digital products, or downloadable items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refund timeline: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned with missing components or accessories
  • Items not in original condition or showing signs of use
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund (following the process above)
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jojoelectronics@mail.com
  2. Provide photos of the defect or damage
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a full refund (including return shipping)
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Provide a partial refund if you wish to keep the item (case-by-case basis)

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact us at jojoelectronics@mail.com within 48 hours

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be expensive; we recommend contacting us to discuss alternatives (partial refund, store credit, etc.)
  • Refund processing may take longer due to international shipping times

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or shipped (typically within 24 hours of purchase)
  • You contact us at jojoelectronics@mail.com immediately

Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to a refund, we offer store credit for the full value of your return (no restocking fee). Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • Is issued as a discount code sent to your email

Warranty & Manufacturer Defects

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. If your product develops a defect after the 30-day return window:

  • We will assist you in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer
